We saw 5 sales of Whistler property for the first week of 2012 ending January 8, 2012. We had 2 condominium sales, 2 townhouse and 1 chalet. The 2 condo sales were at $310,000 and $519,000. The two townhouse were at $322,000 and $421,000. The lone chalet sales was at $2,400,000.
