We saw 8 sales of Whistler property for the week ending September 11, 2011. The highest sale for the week was a house in White Gold at 7203 Fitzsimmons Road. This 6.5 bed/4 bath house also had a 1.5 bed suite. It sold for $1,550,000.
Our next highest sale was a Spruce Grove single family house at 7295 Spruce Grove Lane. This 4.5 bed/3 bath home with a 2 bed suite sold for $1,275,000.Next was 3125 Tyroll Crescent another single family house in Alta Vista, sold for $880,000 for this 6 bed/4 bath house.
We then saw C9-6900 Crabapple Drive a 2.5 bed/1.5 bath Adventures West unit along the shores of Alta Lake in Whistler Cay Estates sell for $680,000. It was then off to Pinecrest where we saw 64 Tusk Lane a 3 bed/2bath single family house sell for $605,000.
The three remaining sales for the week were condos. Starting with 203-4800 Spearhead Drive in the Aspens a 1 bed/1 bath sold for $331,000 which was $2000 over the asking price. Next was 18-2217 Marmot Place a 1bed/1bath in Powderview in Whistler Creekside for $240,000. Our last sale for the week was 1-2223 Sapporo Drive a 1bed/1bath in Gondola Village for $210,000.
