Whistler Real Estate Active Listings and Sales Update as of January 9, 2011   1 comment


It was a very quiet week for Whistler Real Estate sales in with only 2 property sales for the week ending January 9, 2011.  The first sale for the week was 11-2101 Whistler Road a 1.5 bed/1bath unit in Highpointe complex just up from the Whistler Creeksid Gondola for $305,000.  Our second sale for the week was 408-4295 Blackcomb Way a Holiday Inn Phase 2 condo studio for $81,000.

We saw 18 new property listings hit the market and our active Whistler property listings total is at 717. Click here to view the latest Whistler real estate listings
