It was an extremely quiet week for property sales with on 3 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending August 29, 2010. All of sales for the week were under $751,000 for Whistler real estate.
Our largest sale of the week was 6137 Eagle Drive a 4bed/3bath house with a 2 bed suite in Whistler Cay Heights for $751,000. This house was a foreclosure sale which is a some what rare occurence in Whistler. Our next sale was 105- 4865 Painted Cliff Road in Snowbird a 2 bed/2bath townhouse on the Blackcomb Benchlands for $530,000.
Our final sale of the week was a 1bed/1bath townhouse across from the Village Gondolas at 19-4510 Blackcomb Way in the Gables for $375,000.
