We saw 6 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending July 11, 2010. This was a drop after double digits sales numbers last week for Whistler real estate.
Our largest sale of the week was 4839 Casabella Crescent a townhouse in Montebello adjacent to Whistler Vilalge with 3.5 beds/3.5 baths for $1,305,000. This was $6000 above the asking price. Our next sale 8329 Rainbow Drive in Alpine Meadows a 3bed/2bath house with 2 bed suite for $860,000. We then saw 3162 St Moritz Crescent a 2 bed/2bath townhouse sell for $660,000 in Blueberry Hill Estates. The next sale was a townhouse at Glacier’s Reach 98-4388 Northlands Boulevard a 2bed/2bath for $430,000.
Our last 2 sales were all condos. 322-4314 Main Street a 1bed/1bath unit in Town Plaza in Whistler Village for $320,000 and a studio suite 2332 Delta Suites for $125,000. Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
