Our largest sale of the week was 7441 Fitzsimmons Road a single family house in Whitegold with 3beds/2baths and a 2 bedsuite sold for $1,320,000. The next highest sale was 4741 Settebello Drive, a Montebello townhouse with 3 beds/ 3 baths for $1,225,000.
We then saw 2 more single family house sales 9536 Emerald Place a 4bed/2.5bath house with a 1 bed suite for $1,090,000 and 7226 Spruce Grove Circle a 3.5bed/2.5 bath with a 1 bed suite for $1,070,000.
The next 3 sales were townhouses, starting with 50-4652 Blackcomb Way in the Woods a 3bed/2.5bath for $1,025,000. Next was 3147 St. Moritz Crescent with 4 beds/3.5baths in Blueberry Hill Estates for $956,000 and 54-4375 Northlands Boulevard a 2bed/2.5bath unit in Valhalla in Whistler Village for $535,000.
