Our largest sale of the week was 24-8030 Nicklaus North Blvd, a townhouse adjacent the Nicklaus North Golf Course with 4 beds/ 3.5 baths for $1,125,000. The originally asking price of this property was $1,300,000 and sales of similiar homes in the complex had been as high as 1.5 to 1.6 million only a couple of years ago.
