We saw 6 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending May 30, 2010 all under $875,000. The biggest of the sale of the week was a single family house at 6537 Balsam Way in Whistler Cay Estates with4 beds/3 baths. The next highest sale was an end unit in Whistler Creekside triplex at 2116 Lake Placid Road with 6 bed/4 bath for $720,000. This was followed by a duplex 2618 Callaghan Drive in Bayshores for $700,000 with 4 beds/3baths.
The remaining 3 sales for the week were a Whistler Village townhouse 81 Lagoons a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath for $650,000, 323 Greyhawk a 2 beds/2.5 baths condo in Blueberry Hills and lastly a 2404/2406 Delta Suites a 2 bed/2 bath Whistler Village condo. Good to see that you opened up your comments again. I love graphs. It gives you a much better appreciation for what is happening and it appears that what is happening is that gap between supply and demand is still spreading rapidly. It would be nice to see this begin to correct itself.

Thanks for the feedback and comments. The June 7 to 13 sales numbers are looking a little better. We’re already showing 8 sales for the week. I wait until at least Tuesday before posting the sales stats, as it takes a couple of days for weekend sales to trickle in. Hopefully we see a few more. I agree though the gap is widening.
