With the 2010 Winter Olympics just around the corner, we saw 9 sales of Whistler Property for the week including 2 over $3,000,000. The biggest being 6677 Crabapple Drive a 4.5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom 4200 square foot house in Whistler Cay Estates for $3,750,000. The other sale over $3,000,000 was 4917 Horstman Lane for $3,100,000. Located in the exclusive Horstman Estates on the Blackcomb Benchlands this 4200 sq feet house offered 4.5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms.
For those of you who regularly follow my Blog, you will know that this was our fourth sale over $3,000,000 for 2010. A very strong start to the year and almost half way to the total sales over $3,000,000 in 2009, where we saw 9 for the year. Combine these 4 sales with 3 sales over 2 million and we have 7 sales since January 1, 2010 in the 2 million plus range.
The 7 remaining sales were 6441 St Andrews Way a log home style chalet with 5bedrooms/3bathrooms for $2,400,000 40 Fitzsimmons Walk a 4 bed/3.5 bath townhouse that offered 2769 sq feet sold for $1,595,000, 8138 Muirfield Lane a 4 bed/2.5 bathroom house in Nicklaus North for $1,420,000, 2269 Brandywine Way for $965,000, 204 First Tracks Lodge a 2bedroom/2bathroom condo sold for $799,000, 8 Gondola Heights for $518,000 and 9 Highpointe for $269,000.
