This was the second sale thisover $4,000,000 in Whistler this year. We saw another big sale inAlpine Meadows of 8485 Matterhorn Drive 4bedroom/4 bathroom, 3,136 sq foot home for $2,400,000. The other 5 remaining sales were 11 Ridge a 4.5 bed/2.5 bath unit on the side of Whistler Mountain in the Creekside for $1.885,000, a single family house in Tapley’s Farm at 6404 Easy Street for $1,360,000, a 2 bedroom in the Delta Suites for $430,000 and a 51 Whiski Jack a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for $410,000, one bedroom in Marquise for $340,000 and older Alpine Villas 2 bedroom for $220,000.
