We saw 5 sales of Whistler Property for the week. The biggest being suite 81 in the Four Seasons Private Residences a 3.5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom 3,695 square foot suite in the exclusive property for $4,300,000. This was the second sale this year in the Four Seasons Private Residences. We saw another big sale in Nicklaus North at 8123 Muirfield Crescent a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom, 3,327 sq foot home on the Nicklaus North Golf Course for $2,200,000. The other 3 remaining sales were a single family house in Alpine Meadows at 8628 Forest Ridge Drive for $990,000, a 2 bedroom in Woodridge for $600,000 and a bargain of a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 770/772 in the Hilton for $470,000.
I do not normally track Whistler Quartershare sales in my weekly stats but worth noting we saw 5 sales for the week including 4 luxury Montebello 3bedroom/3bathroom townhomes.
