We saw 6 sales of Whistler Property for the week. The biggest sale being 2.5 bedroom/2 bathroom house in Nesters for $800,000. The house had a 1 bedroom suite as well. Another sale of interest was 553 Aspens a 2 bedroom suite on the top floor with slopeside views which sold for $822,500. It had been listed for $869,000. This was the third highest sale ever for the Aspens in our Whistler Listing System. The other 4 sales were between $182,000 for a Alpenglow studio to $715,000 for a 4.5 bedroom townhouse in Smoketree. This was $16,000 over the asking price and the property sold in just 5 days.
