September ended with a bang and October started with a roar as we equlaed the highest total of weekly Whistler property sales set last week with 12 sales again this week! All of the sales were under $1,000,000 ranging from a one bedroom condo in Town Plaza for $280,000 to a single family house in Emerald Estates for $940,000. The fall typically is our busier time of year for sales, something we did not see in 2008 with the economic meltdown. With weekly high of 12 property sales it shows that Buyers have increased appetite for Whistler Real Estate and are finding value at the current price levels.
