It was a much quieter week for sales of Whistler Real Estate with only 1 happening in the week. Still lots of buzz in the market though amongst Realtors. The general opinion is activity in interest is up. I fielded over half a dozen property inquiries from Buyer’s my who visited website or viewed my weekly ad in the Pique Newspaper since last Friday. We had 41 new listings come on the market, a large component of these were new Rainbow and Cheakamus Crossing vacant land lots that I spoke of in my last weeks update.
